Family-owned and operated in Boothwyn, PA, our full-service offerings include high-efficiency heating system installations and air conditioning installations; boiler, furnace, and water heater service; air conditioning repairs; service plans; and more. We offer service, repair, replacements, and new installation of gas, electric, and oil-fired furnaces in Pennsylvania and Delaware. We manufacture and install custom ductwork and central air conditioning systems, as well as gas- and oil-fired boilers.

Otto Gustave Ferro started what was then known as Marcus Hook Plumbing and Heating Company in 1931. He ran the business for 20 years until Howard E. Ferro took over in the early 1950s. Under new management, Howard E. Ferro Plumbing and Heating started its fuel oil delivery operations. Howard’s son, Thomas E. Ferro, took over the business after Howard’s passing in 1972. Under Thomas’s guidance, the company added central air conditioning installations and repairs to its operations in 1982.

Thomas E. Ferro formed the corporation we now know as Ferro Fuel Oil in 1996 and holds the title of president. Mr. Ferro has expanded the company’s service area to include Delaware County and Chester County in Pennsylvania, as well as northern New Castle County in Delaware and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. We take pride in offering services for your complete year-round home comfort!
